Benefits and Perks

We offer a competitive benefits package to meet the diverse needs of most Team Members and their family members*.

Medical Plans A competitive medical HMO, EPO or 2 PPO plans, depending on where you live and work (Full-time Team Members only).

Dental Plans Comprehensive Dental HMO or PPO Plan (Full-time Team Members only).

Vision Plan Comprehensive Vision Plan (Full-time Team Members only).

Retirement Savings Plan (401k) Team Members may contribute (both pretax and Roth) up to 30% of pay.  The Company has an annual discretionary match that is 25 cents for each dollar contributed on the first 6%, if the company meets its annual profit goal. Immediately 100% vested in Team Member contributions and the Company match is vested over 6 years.

Company Provided Life Insurance Fixed amount based on position.  Must be enrolled in a Medical Plan to receive.

Company Provided Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Fixed amount that is included with the Company Provided Life Insurance.

Healthcare Flexible Spending Account  Ability to contribute up to $2,500 "pretax" to be used to cover eligible medical and dental out of pocket expenses.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account  Ability to contribute up to $5,000 "pretax" to be used to cover eligible Dependent Care for a child.

Pet Insurance  Access to pet insurance is available to all Team Members.

Paid Time Off  Management Team Members earn vacation benefits.  Based on where Team Member works many have access to paid sick days.
